1. Introduction

Welcome to Fivgram. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fivgram application and website (collectively, the "Service"), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Service (collectively referred to as "Content").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.
• Your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

3. Account Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
